Vladimir Vukomanovich

Vladimir Vukomanovich, also known as Mr. V, studied at Charleston Southern University and earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Education and History from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota.  He holds a Minnesota 3-12 license in Social Studies.  He is currently teaching 11th American History, AP American History, and College in Schools US History as well as coaching our boy’s basketball team.

Jenee Nordstrom graduated from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a B.A. in US History and a minor in English.  She currently is working towards completing her Masters in Teaching at Hamline University.  She has a 5-12 Social Studies license and will be teaching 7th and 8th grade Social Studies along with 10th grade World History.

Daniel Olson

Daniel Olson was born and spent his childhood years in Saint Paul’s Midway neighborhood.  Mr. Olson graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master of Education degree in Social Studies.  He also has a Master’s Degree in Theology from Luther Seminary in Saint Paul.  Currently, Mr. Olson is licensed to teach Social Studies in grades 5 through 12.  At Hmong Academy, Mr. Olson has taught United States History, and is currently teaching Civics, Geography, Economics, and Ancient World History.
