After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development and minor in Human Resource Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Ms. Vang joined Hmong College Prep Academy as our Human Resource Generalist. Her interests at our school are to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

While not at work, Ms. Vang enjoys watching movies.
